Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Accounts Administrator / Office all Rounder working with one of our clients based the Hemmant region. This is a permanent role working 40 Hours a week from Monday to Friday.  Office hours are from 7.30am to 3.30pm.

Listed below are some of the duties included in this role;

  • Answering Incoming Calls
  • Greeting and handling of walk-in clients
  • Competent ability to use Xero accounting software
  • Processing and follow up of overdue invoices
  • Payroll for approximately 30-50 Employees
  • Accounts Payable
  • Scheduling of Employee Timesheets and data entry of work reports
  • Banking
  • Superannuation
  • Establish & update tax scaling & HR issues, Implement Award
  • Liaising & Reporting to internal Accountant
  • Support Directors and Business Manager with arranging meetings
  • Processing Orders & General Administration
  • Auditing
  • Admin support
  • Liaising with project managers
  • General and Ad-hoc office duties

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous Administration Experience (with references)
  • Detailed working knowledge of MYOB/Xero
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Simpro Software experience – (Highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A conscientious attitude (attention to detail a must) and exceptional customer service skills

It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.

You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
