Recruitment 24/7 currently has a fixed contract vacancy for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk, working with one of our major clients on the south side of Brisbane.

                                                                                                                                                                       

This is a full time fixed contract for 5 months for Maternity Leave, working 5 days a week. You will be working in a team as the second Accounts Payable clerk and on a split ledger, using MYOB.

To be successful you must have

  • Very high data entry speeds
  • Previous experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable role
  • Recent, advanced skill on MYOB
  • Available to start immediately
  • Experienced in multi entity entries.
  • Min 15,000 keystrokes per minute

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Entering and coding invoices
  • Match dockets to invoices
  • Reconcile accounts to statements
  • Liaise with their site staff
  • Liaise with their Creditors
  • Conduct payment entry

You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You must be able to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
