Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Administration / Operations Support officer working with one of our clients based in the Loganlea region.
 
This is a casual position so you need to be flexible with hours. Initially you will be working day shift but once trained you will be working the afternoon shift finishing at 7:30pm. Towards Christmas finishing time will be between 9 & 10 as this is our client’s busy period. 
 
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties to name a few:
  • Store Delivery Book-in
  • Home Delivery Book-ins
  • Liaising with on-forward agents for ETA’s
  • Creating and Printing driver manifests
  • Allocating orders to scanners
  • Confirming orders and producing con notes
  • Filing
  • Checking of drivers runs
  • Container arrival process
  • Site Inductions
  • RF Scanning (EAN, AHI, ASKO and Sapphire Scanning)
  • Order consolidation (Checking for product accuracy, condition, labelling   
  • Checking Pick volume
  • Bay Check recording and investigation
  • Processing Forklift Safety check
  • Warehouse Walk around
It would be a major advantage if you had previous admin experience working in a warehouse environment.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
 
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
 
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 
 
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
