Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant with one of our engineering clients based in Eagle Farm area.
This is a permanent position for the right candidate, however it may start as an ongoing casual role working Monday to Friday for the first 3 months, so if you are after job security in this current economic climate, this position may be what you have been looking for.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties to name a few:
Booking medicals, flights and accommodation as per roster requirements for personnel working away
Assist with filing
Managing project documents
Liaising with engineers and external customers as well as archiving records
Typing up Quotes
Arrange site specific correspondence and ordering materials
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets, data entry and comfortable following documented processes and procedures.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
