Our client is a leader in the Aged Care Sector and are currently looking for an experienced Facility Manager in their Annerley facility.
This position will ideally suit someone who has previous Facility Manager experience in the Aged Care Sector. You will be responsible for the management of the facility including all staff, financial responsibilities administration and accreditation standards.
We are looking for someone who has the highest quality of care to their residents and values respect, compassion and accountability. It is imperative that you are well versed in managing nursing and administration teams in an environment aligning employees behind common goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contribution to the achievement of a financial budget and performance benchmarks
Implementation and monitoring of procedures and standards in a service environment
Maximisation of productivity through effective personnel management and use of human resources
Previous experience taking a facility through the accreditation process
