Recruitment 24/7 currently has a full time vacancy with one of our major clients for an Assistant Facility Manager in Mount Gravatt.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will work under their guidance with a responsibility for the management of physical resources, maximisation of revenue, adherence to accreditation standards and delivery of care and administration.  You will have previous experience managing work teams in an operations environment and be accustomed to aligning employees behind common goals.  This role will offer opportunities to progress in your career and allow you to develop professionally in the area of Facility Management.

You will possess a background in supporting end-to-end business management in a service related industry and you will be keen to take your next career step.  Aged care experience is preferred, however importantly, you will be able to demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:-

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Contribution to the achievement of a financial budget and performance benchmarks;
  • Implementation and monitoring of procedures and standards in a service environment; and
  • Maximisation of productivity through effective personnel management and use of human resources.
