Business Development Manager (Recruitment and Training)

Recruitment 24/7 is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Business Development Manager for our Recruitment and Training divisions to join our small but dynamic team based in Ipswich.

This is a permanent role for the right person starting in the middle of June 2017 as this is when we will be moving into our newly renovated office in Ipswich.

If you are a driven and ambitious individual who prides themself on having a great contact network and a ‘can do’ attitude then I want to hear from you.

Proven success in Business Development is essential for this role. An eagerness to exceed targets together with your determination to reach personal and professional goals is essential. Your strong communication skills, customer service excellence and professional business acumen will also be your keys to success.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Establishing and building relationships with new businesses
  • Growing the business
  • Sourcing vacancies
  • Canvassing for opportunities
  • Site visits
  • Marketing and sales development
  • Reverse marketing
  • Data base maintenance of client records
  • Preparation of rates and terms of business

It is essential that the successful applicant is computer literate. You must have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must multi-task in a busy environment.  Experience in Employment Award Interpretation is advantageous but not essential.

You must also possess a confident, pleasant manner and have a pro-active and professional approach to your work as well as being committed to meeting deadlines and achieving KPI’s.

It is essential that you have a current drivers licence and be able to pass a drug test before commencement of employment as well as randomly throughout your employment.
