CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Recruitment 24/7 has a position with one of our Civil Construction Companies in the Brisbane area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for an EXPERIENCED Civil Construction Foreman.

Our client provides services all over Brisbane including general maintenance and repairs, construction, restoration and resurfacing.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to secure a position with a company who are offering fulltime permanent position.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated; results orientated, and meet the following minimum criteria:

• Extensive and Recent experience working in a Civil Construction role at Foreman level
• Excellent Communication & Motivational / Leadership skills
• Understanding of relevant legislation for workplace health and safety.
• Trade Qualified
• Sound knowledge of effective problem solving skills including the ability to develop solutions and implement continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a diverse workforce.
• Be a pro-active team player, with the ability to work independently.
• Be able to provide all documentation in regards to qualifications.
• Maintaining and reporting on the performance of all projects
• To be able to motivate and get the best performance of staff and subcontractors

It is essential that you must be willing to travel around the Brisbane area as required for each project.
