Recruitment 24/7 currently has vacancies for EXPERIENCED Container Unloaders working with one of our clients based in Loganlea.
These are on call roles working eight hours most days Monday to Friday.
These positions require you to mostly perform Container Unloading by hand, with occasional Forklift Driving.
Please note this is very heavy work. Your main duties will be manually unloading white goods and brown goods from shipping containers. You MUST be physically fit and able to put in a hard day’s work.
It is essential applicants have a current Forklift Licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving a Forklift in a warehouse environment.
All applicants must be able to pass a driving test before commencement with our client. Experience using a Clamp Attachment would be an advantage.
These are very sought after positions that won’t last long so be fast to apply. The start date is ASAP.
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Forklift Licence
Experience loading and unloading containers
Be very proactive
Treat workplace health and safety as a high priority
Be able to pass a pre medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
Be able to pass a Police Check
