Due to our rapid growth over a short period of time, building a reputation based on quality, service, reliability and professionalism, Recruitment 24/7 is currently looking for an experienced Labour Hire Consultant that has current contacts in the industry to join our small but dynamic team based in Ipswich but covering all areas over South East Queensland.

Proven success in recruitment industry as a Labour Hire Consultant is essential for this role. An eagerness to exceed targets together with your determination to reach personal and professional goals is essential. Your strong communication skills, customer service excellence and professional business acumen will also be your keys to success.

This role would suit a person that is prepared to back their own skills, abilities, contacts and experience in the Recruitment industry. If you are prepared to do this and are successful then the financial rewards on offer will be second to none as I believe in looking after high performing staff.

You will have:

  • A passion for the Labour Hire industry, with a strong awareness of current market conditions
  • Previous experience in recruitment industry as a labour hire consultant
  • The flair to attract and select the markets’ best candidates
  • Superior relationship building skills with both existing and new clients
  • The ability to work as a 360 degree recruiter across a variety of industries
  • Self motivated with a desire to run your own temp desk

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Establishing and building relationships with  new businesses
  • Growing the business
  • Sourcing vacancies
  • Canvassing for opportunities
  • Recruitment, selection and candidate care
  • Site visits  
  • Marketing and sales development
  • Reverse marketing

It is essential that the successful applicant is computer literate. You must have high attention to detail and be able to deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You must also possess a confident, pleasant manner and have a pro-active and professional approach to your work as well as being committed to meeting deadlines.

It is essential that you have a current drivers licence and be able to pass a drug test before commencement of employment as well as randomly throughout your employment with our client.
