Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy with one of our major national clients for a Facilities Manager in the Gippsland area.

The Facilities Manager will lead, develop and engage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure resident wellbeing, compliance and continuous improvement standards are achieved to ensure the home provides the highest standard of care.
Leveraging a wealth of diverse experiences ideally within the health/aged care sector, the Facility Manager will:
Recruit, develop and retain staff who have a strong commitment to caring for their residents
Foster collaboration and effective relationships with residents, their families and staff
Achieve 100% compliance with DPG’s quality standards
Deliver care, lifestyle programs and customer service to meet or exceed residents needs
Review, evaluate and implement controls to mitigate risk
Regularly review and improve clinical indicators and business performance targets
Develop relationships with the local community and drive/maintain occupancy
Manage resources to ensure the home achieves the financial targets
Ensure rosters operate with the mix of resources and skills required to deliver the changing care and lifestyle needs of our residents.

A strategic thinker with proven business acumen skills, the ability to think outside the box, and drive innovation
Registered nurse, preferably, or a manager with experience in quality, risk and compliance
