Facility Manager – Brisbane Southside

Recruitment 24/7 has an opportunity with one of their major clients for an experienced Facility Manager (Aged Care) on Brisbane’s Southside.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of Aged Care you will be responsible for management of physical resources, maximisation of revenue, adherence to accreditation standards and delivery of care and administration.  Your experience will include managing work teams in an operations environment and be accustomed to aligning employees behind common goals.

The following criteria must be met:

• End to end business management of an Aged Care Facility
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Financial and Performance reviews
• Planning and Delivery of Training to staff
• Management of staff
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care residences
• Sound understanding of, and ability to correctly apply, relevant principles of the Fair Work Act

• A caring and empathetic personality with a focus on delivering a holistic approach towards Aged Care
