Recruitment 24/7 is excited to have 5 new positions available for Factory Labourers with our client based in SALISBURY within the Precast Concrete Panels Industry.
To be considered for these positions you MUST be physically fit, keen, motivated and prepared to put in a hard day’s work. The working hours are between Monday to Friday from 4am to 6pm, with staggering start times.
This role involves frequent kneeling, bending and lifting of heavy materials. Previous experience in a Factory environment or with concrete is preferred however Labourers will be trained on the job. Your physical strength and stamina must be of a high level to be successful in this role.
Tasks involved in the job:
Pouring concrete
Labouring
Cleaning
Set up of the forms
Use of hand tools including Trowels, Screeds & Tele trowel machines
Occasional forklift driving (having a forklift licence will be advantageous)
All applicants must have appropriate PPE such as:
Work Short
High visibility shirt or vest
Hard Hat
Must be lace up Steel capped boots
All applicants must be able to pass a drug test before commencement of work and must have their own transport (Drivers Licence and Car / Motor Bike)
It would also be highly beneficial for you to have a white card (general construction induction card) working in this type of environment.
