Recruitment 24/7 currently has a temporary vacancy for a Forklift Driver with one of our clients based in Rocklea. This position requires you to load and unload B-Doubles, a fridge van, and a drop deck with mezzanine floors. This is a 10-day assignment, working Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The hours are 9:30/10:00AM to 5PM, sometimes later.
It is essential that you have at least 3-4 years experience unloading and loading trucks.
This position is for an immediate start. You must be able to attend an interview in Ipswich on Wednesday 12/4/17.
The successful candidate must:
Have a forklift licence
Be able to configure a load
Have experience loading and unloading trucks
Possess good communication skills
Be very proactive
Treat work place health and safety as a high priority
As a member of this well renowned transport company you must maintain regular contact with the relevant managers and staff, and be a team player.
