Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for General Administration Officer working with one of our clients based on the north side of Brisbane.
This is a permanent fulltime position working Monday to Friday of each week. The starting date is ASAP for the right person.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support in my client’s office. This role will ensure that key administrative support tasks in these areas are attended to on an ongoing basis underpinning the responsibilities of the General Managers, Regional HR Manager and Finance & Administration Manager.
Your overall duties will be very wide and varied on a day to day basis so there will be no chance at all that you will become bored with this role.
In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you must have a minimum of three years experience working in a similar role. It would be looked upon favorably if you had a Business Administration Diploma.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets, data entry and comfortable following documented processes and procedures
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
