Recruitment 24/7 is looking for experienced and licenced HR Truck Drivers based out of Ipswich. These are ongoing casual positions with full time hours with the view that after the qualifying period a permanent position may be offered for the right candidates.
This position is not for the weak hearted; the people we are looking for hold a HR Licence and have experience driving a rigid truck, however you are also responsible for hand loading and unloading heavy awkward stock. You must be prepared to work between 10 – 12 hour days, 5-6 days a week.
The successful candidates will need to be very physically fit and able to hand load and unload heavy goods by themselves.
You must be able to work autonomously in a very physical role with over 5 years Truck Driving experience preferred (due to insurance regulations).
This position involves deliveries and collections all around Queensland and Northern NSW.
MUST HAVES
HR Licence
Minimum 5 years experience driving Heavy Ridged Truck
Be physically capable to do Intensive Heavy Labour as well as driving work
Have a clean 5 year driving history
Provide drivers history from QLD Roads
Provide good references from your previous truck driving employer
