Mechanical Fitter

Recruitment 24/7 is looking for a Qualified Mechanical Fitter to start ASAP with a great Ipswich company.

Our client works within various industries including a microbrewery and several water treatment plants. Your main duties will include fitting and maintaining plastic pipes and general mechanical fitting. The company is growing rapidly and is looking for a great Fitter to help grow the team.

This position is for an immediate start and would see you working in and around Ipswich & Brisbane. This is an ongoing casual role working a minimum 38 hours a week with the view that after a qualifying period the successful candidate will be given the chance to secure permanent employment.

The successful Applicant will:

• Be fully Qualified Fitter with good trade references
• Construction Card (white card)
• Have a great attention to detail and want to work on variety of projects
• Have good knowledge of Fitting
• Have all general Fitting equipment and P.P.E
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Have reliable Car and licence
• Have a Construction White Card
