Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Office/ Warehouse All Rounder for an immediate start working with one of our clients based in the Loganlea region.
This is a casual position working 7 to 8hrs a day, Monday to Friday for the PM shift. Initially you will be working 10AM until 6PM, and then in the busier periods, 12PM until close. We’re offering full time hours until Christmas time.
The Office/ Warehouse All Rounder’s work will consist of a variety of duties including bay checks, keying manifests, checking off freight, doing Chep data analysis; along with other general administration duties such as: data entry, POD scanning, filing; and other reception type duties such as: answering phones, email book-ins, and assisting in flow management. You will definitely not get bored with this role.
It would be a major advantage if you had previous admin experience working in a warehouse environment and using RF scanners.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant phone manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
