Recruitment 24/7 is currently looking for an Experienced Office All Rounder, for their client based in Ipswich in the Earthmoving Industry.

Working with a local company, you will definitely not get bored in this role.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Customer Service
  • Answering phones
  • Accounts Payables & Receivables
  • Petty Cash
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Debt management
  • Invoicing
  • Managing office supplies
  • Filing, scanning and mail
  • Typing
  • Answering emails

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the earthmoving industry, have previous experience in a similar blue collar industry and have a very high attention to detail and accuracy in the entering of their work. You will have Office Administration and Accounts experience and be available for full time hours Monday to Friday.

Software Experience required:

  • Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • MYOB
  • Internet Explorer
  • General Computer skills

All applicants must be able to pass a drug test before commencement of work and must have their own transport (Drivers Licence and Car / Motor Bike)
