On Call Warehouse Workers

Recruitment 24/7 currently has multiple on call vacancies for the position of Warehouse Workers  working with one of our clients based in Loganlea.

These are on call roles but do have the potential to lead to ongoing work. This position is for an immediate start. Our client operates Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. Both morning and afternoon shift are available.

These positions require you to perform a variety of warehouse duties so you must be versatile and experienced in all aspects of warehousing.

Minimum experience required for this position would include:

• Forklift Driving (minimum 12 months RECENT experience in a warehouse environment)
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Sound knowledge of load restraint
• Picking and Packing
• Pallet Prep
• Receipts
• Dispatch
• Previous experience manually unloading containers would be highly regarded
• Experience with a CLAMP attachment (with whitegoods) would be a major advantage

All applicants must be able to pass a Forklift Competency driving test before commencement with our client.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Forklift Licence
• Drivers Licence and your own vehicle
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
• Be able to pass a criminal history check
• Have full working rights in Australia
