Recruitment 24/7 currently has multiple on call vacancies for the position of Warehouse Workers, working with one of our clients based in Acacia Ridge.

These are on call roles but do have the potential to lead to ongoing work. These positions are for an immediate start. Our client operates Monday to Friday. Shifts are mostly morning, starting anywhere from 5:00AM to 9:00AM depending on needs.

These positions require you to perform a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to general labouring, Forklift driving and container unloading. This means you must be versatile and experienced in all aspects of warehousing.

Minimum experience required for these positions would include:

  • Forklift Driving (minimum 12 months RECENT experience in a warehouse environment)
  • Loading and Unloading trucks and containers
  • Sound knowledge of load restraint
  • Picking and Packing
  • Pallet Prep
  • Receipts
  • Dispatch
  • Previous experience manually unloading containers would be highly regarded
  • Experience with a CLAMP attachment (with whitegoods) would be a major advantage

All applicants must be able to pass a Forklift competency driving test before commencement with our client.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid Forklift Licence
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and have your own vehicle
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Be able to pass a criminal history check
  • Have full working rights in Australia
