Proven success in Recruitment / Job Network industry or a sales based role is essential for this role. An eagerness to exceed targets together with your determination to reach personal and professional goals is essential. Your strong communication skills, customer service excellence and professional business acumen will also be your keys to success.

Your duties will involve but won’t be limited to:
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with clients
Meet with clients and sell Recruitment 24/7’s products and services
Creating sales pipelines and database management throughout your region
Attending Networking functions
Database management
Account Management
Interview and screening of applicants
Ongoing client management
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
Experience in the recruitment industry (Ideal but not essential)
New business development experience
Experience exceeding KPI’s and targets
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Team focused and a collaborative working style
Excellent time management
Hold a current driver license
