Recruitment 24/7 currently has a full time vacancy with one of our major clients for an experienced and highly motivated revenue manager in Aged Care as a Revenue Optimisation Manager based in Mt Gravatt.

Reporting to the Retirement and Aged Care Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to:-

  • Maximise revenue generated from the assessed care needs of the residents through ACFI subsidies and other aged care supplements
  • Recruit, educate, monitor and mentor ACFI Documentation Coordinators (ADCs)
  • Analyse funding results and develop and implement revenue maximisation strategies
  • Ensure that documentation and assessments accurately support funding claims.

Key Selection Criteria:-

  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to audit results to identify funding gaps
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain systems to meet changing regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) or experience in similar government based funding mechanisms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sound financial knowledge and the ability to develop clear and informative reports
  • A self-starter; dynamic and bent on success.

You will be required to regularly travel to all 14 Aged Care sites situated from the Gold Coast to Bundaberg region and therefore you will hold and maintain an open driver licence.
