Scheduler / Administration Officer

Recruitment 24/7 currently has vacancies for two Schedulers / Administration Officers working with one of our clients based in the Redcliffe region.

These are ongoing casual positions working 7.6hrs a day, Monday to Friday. The starting time for one of the roles is 7am to 3.30pm with the second roles hours being 8am to 4.30pm.

The Scheduler’s / Administration Officer work will consist of a variety of duties including some of the following:

  • Schedule work for field crews and assessors
  • Management of operational issues to ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum
  • Creation of work packages
  • Creation and distribution of employee work calendars, communicating targets for each month
  • Monitoring of employee progress against monthly targets
  • Tracking completion of work in accordance with the program supplied by the client
  • Liaise with client contract officers to attain and maintain amicable and professional relationship
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Answering the phone and other administration type work as it comes up

You will definitely not get bored with this role!

If you have had previous experience with Scheduling it would be an advantage however, this is not entirely necessary as full training will be provided. It is important though to have a Can Do Attitude! And be a process driven person that has above average knowledge of excel and a head for numbers.

It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.

You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

It is essential that you be able to pass a drug test before commencement of employment as well as randomly throughout your assignment with our client.
