Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an experienced Warehouse Administrator / Operations Coordinator working with one of our clients based in the Wacol area.
This is a casual position commencing as soon as possible and continuing into late February 2016. It is crucial that the successful applicant have previous experience working in the logistics field.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties to name a few:
Freight invoices
Allocation of engines
Inventory reporting
Invoices
Product and parts requisitions
Receipt and receiving orders
Coding invoices
Stock adjustment
Stocktake
Parts in service reports
Purchasing
Coordinating loads
Organising transports
Coordinating parts with external suppliers
Liaising between customers, clients, and suppliers.
It would be a major advantage if you inventory and purchasing experience in a warehouse environment.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
