Recruitment 24/7 currently has two vacancies for Warehouse Supervisors to join our clients team based in the Loganlea area. One role will be working from 4.00am to midday with the second being from midday until 8.30pm. These are permanent positions on salaries.
It is essential that the successful applicants must have had previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor and be computer literate including being confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management and people skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

The above positions report to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the running of the warehouse functions during the PM or AM shift, ensuring picking is completed on time, interstate linehaul vehicles are loading effectively and efficiently, housekeeping and general warehouse duties are complete, staffing and labour is allocated effectively.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 3PL supervisory position, managing a team of at least 5 staff.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong communication skills including the ability to create and submit written shift reports.
Transport and Chain of Responsibility experience managing linehaul and local delivery vehicles.
Must have experience in creating and managing labour plans.
Demonstrated success in pallet control management.
Current forklift licence.
High attention to detail.
Time management skills.
A strong understanding of WHS in a warehouse environment.
Be flexible in your working hours, current requirement is 12pm – 8.30pm.
3PL Warehousing Industry experience essential.
