Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Office Administration Assistant with one of our clients located at Wacol to start ASAP.

This is a very sought after position working for a great company that won’t last long, so be fast to apply!

This role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Processing and investigating Compliance and Warranty Claims

  • Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented

  • General Office duties

  • Liaising with internal departments including technical support and service departments

The successful candidate will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve and be self sufficient

  • A strong work ethic and drive to succeed!

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team orientated with the ability to work autonomously

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
