Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Administration / Operations Support Officer working with one of our clients based in the Loganlea region.
This is a casual position so you need to be flexible with hours. Initially you will be working day shift but once trained you will be working the afternoon shift finishing at 7:30pm. Towards Christmas finishing time will be between 9 & 10 as this is our client’s busy period.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties to name a few:
Store Delivery Book-in
Home Delivery Book-ins
Liaising with on-forward agents for ETA’s
Creating and Printing driver manifests
Allocating orders to scanners
Confirming orders and producing con notes
Filing
Checking of drivers runs
Container arrival process
Site Inductions
RF Scanning (EAN, AHI, ASKO and Sapphire Scanning)
Order consolidation (Checking for product accuracy, condition, labelling
Checking Pick volume
Bay Check recording and investigation
Processing Forklift Safety check
Warehouse Walk around
It would be a major advantage if you had previous admin experience working in a warehouse environment.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
