Administration Assistant
 
Recruitment 24/7 is currently looking for a vibrant and bubbly person to fill a Temporary Administration based role for one of our major clients based in Heathwood.  The role is for an immediate start, and will complete on Wednesday May 7th, 2014.
 
The role will require you to:
  • Provide flawless customer service
  • Use excellent phone manner
  • Sales order taking and sales order data entry
  • Filing and invoicing
  • Daily use and maintenance of records using JDE software
The successful applicant will need to be available for an immediate start, must have their own vehicle and be computer literate.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
 
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 
 
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
 
Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm
