Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Administration Manager based in the North side of Brisbane in North Lakes.
The role of the Administration Manger is to oversee the entire running of the office including financials, and to provide the General Manager with financial systems and checks to ensure that the Office is operating in accordance with their policies.
Primary responsibilities of the role include:
  • Staff Supervision
  • Responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • End of Month processes, including progress claims, accruals, forecasting and analysis of results against budgets
  • Ongoing review and improvement of business systems, including recommendations to the General Manager
To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Be “improvement-focussed” across all facets of the business
  • Have solid decision-making skills
  • Be able to communicate, both written and oral, in a succinct and complete manner
  • Have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have considerable experience with Microsoft Excel
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
A  salary package will be negotiated commensurate with your skills and experiences.
