Administration Officer / Scheduler

Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an Administration Officer / Scheduler working with one of our clients based in the Redcliffe region.

This is an ongoing casual position working 7.6hrs a day, Monday to Friday with the view that after a qualifying period a permanent role may be offered based on performance.

The Administration Officer / Scheduler’s work will consist of a variety of duties including some of the following:

  • Schedule work for field crews and Assessors
  • Management of operational issues to ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum
  • Creation of work packages
  • Creation and distribution of Employee work calendars, communicating targets for each month
  • Monitoring of employee progress against monthly targets
  • Tracking completion of work in accordance with the program supplied by the client
  • Liaise with client contract officers to attain and maintain amicable and professional relationship
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Answering the phone and other administration type work as it comes up

You will definitely not get bored with this role!

If you have had previous experience with Scheduling it would be an advantage however, this is not entirely necessary as full training will be provided. It is important though to have a Can Do Attitude!

It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.

You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
