Our client is operating within a well established facility which has a need for an experienced and adaptable addition to their industry winning team.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity it is essential that you have a solid work history, an excellent work ethic and are a self motivated individual. You must have a fair amount of experience with ArchiCAD 3D drawings.
As an Architectural Draftsperson the successful candidate must have sufficient skills and knowledge of:
BCA (Building Code of Australia – Volume 2)
QDC (Queensland Development Code PM 1.1 &1.2)
South East Qld Local authority housing requirements
Proficient Computer Aided Drafting skills with ArchiCAD & AutoCAD
1 to 3 years experience in a design agency or builders drafting office
Completed or Partially completed Architectural studies at Tafe
The Candidate will be required to modify and draw complete working drawings in preparation for lodging to a private Certifier and/or Local Authority in S.E QLD.
Training with our client’s specific systems & processes will be provided during and upon completion of a 3 month probationary period.
Having experience in higher density housing is advantageous but not required.
It is essential that you must have own transport, be able to pass a drug and alcohol test before starting employment.
