Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for a Business Support Officer working with one of our major clients in Toowoomba.
This is an ongoing casual position working Monday to Friday. After a qualifying period of three months a permanent fulltime position may be offered to the successful applicant if you have proven yourself over this period.
The Business Support Officer must ensure that employees and Sub-contractors are issued with the correct equipment and vehicles in order to perform their tasks, along with payroll, correct invoicing and any other programs that may arise from additional clients, to ensure that all monthly targets are met.
Your key areas of responsibility will be Fleet Management, Stores Management, Equipment, Purchase Orders, Payroll Administration, Customer Service and Continuous Improvement.
It is essential that the successful applicant must be computer literate and have advanced word, excel spread sheets, data entry and power point skills.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

The casual hourly pay rate is $25hr with the Salary once the position becomes a permanent role being negotiable dependent on performance and results
The start for this position is ASAP. The successful applicant must be able to pass a drug test before commencement of your assignment.
