Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a casual Administration & Accounts Assistant in Caloundra for a Landscaping company in a small office.
The position will include assisting the owner in areas of administration, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, filing and other administration duties as required. The hours would begin as casual working 1 or 2 days a week and may increase to 4 or 5 days depending on the needs of the business.
This would be a suitable role for someone who is looking part time work within school hours or who is only looking for a few shifts a week.
Experience in a similar environment is preferred, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and Accounting Principles and programs is a must.
To be successful you will need to meet the following criteria
Live in the Caloundra area
Have previous experience in Administration & Accounts
Able to enter and process invoices
Drivers Licence & Transport
