Recruitment 24/7 currently has 2x vacancies for Experienced Container Forklift Operators, with one of our clients based in Toowoomba. In order to be successful in your application it is essential that you MUST have previous experience driving a Top Lift Container Forklift, moving both Full & Empty Containers.
The position includes 1x Day shift operator and 1x Night shift operator. These positions are Monday to Friday working a 38 hour week plus some Saturday work.
The Day Shift position is to start immediately and offers ongoing 5-6 days a week, with an average weekday ranging from 8 – 10 hours per day and when busy also Saturdays. As a responsible and experienced Container Forklift Operator, you will work unsupervised on site taking full and empty containers off trucks and stacking them.
To be considered for the Container Forklift positions you must have:
Forklift Licence (LF)
Experience with 30 tonne top lift container forklift
Experience with lifting full containers
Experience loading & unloading off Trucks
We are looking for someone who has recent container forklift experience, is reliable and able to work in a team environment and as well as unsupervised. You will be a safe worker with a high attention to detail.
