Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for a Data Entry Support Officer working with one of our major clients in the Clontarf region.
This is an ongoing casual position working 8hrs a day, Monday to Friday. My client is flexible on the starting and finishing hours as their office is open between 7am and 4pm. After a qualifying period of three months a permanent fulltime position may be offered to the successful applicant if you have proven yourself over this period.
The Data Entry Support Officer must ensure that employees and Sub-contractors are issued with the correct equipment and vehicles in order to perform their tasks, along with payroll, correct invoicing and any other programs that may arise from additional clients, to ensure that all monthly targets are met.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to enter data in an efficient and accurate manner. Other office tasks will be assigned as they come up.
It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

The casual hourly pay rate is $23.70hr
