Due to the exceptional growth of our client, Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for an experienced building products Estimator to join their well established Estimating Team based in the Wacol area.

We are seeking a brilliant self-starter who has the ability to work both autonomously and along with others. The successful candidate will display a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a volume estimating environment.

Duties will include but not limit to:

  • Complete all estimating requirements as well as report to Senior Management.
  • Be able to communicate proficiently with contractors and suppliers.
  • Achieving monthly targets for workflow, quality of work and cost management
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised. 

The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of the construction process, with the ability to read plans. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with your efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and data base operations are a must.

You must be motivated to reach team targets, driven by results and success orientated with a flexible attitude to handle changing priorities, deadlines and directions is essential.
