Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking an experienced and trade qualified Glazier. Our client, based in the Ipswich region, manages both residential and commercial business.
This is a Monday to Friday position beginning as ongoing casual with the view to go permanent after the qualifying period.
The ideal candidate will have experience in glazing fabrication and installation as well a friendly and motivated personality, with the demeanour to lend a hand and assist with odd jobs when needed.
You will also be able to work unsupervised, work well in a team environment and possess problem-solving skills as well as being committed to providing top quality workmanship.
To be successful for this position you must:
Be trade qualified in glass and glazing
Be confident in glass cutting and glass handling
Have experience in frameless glazing as well as installation of windows and doors
Have a current driver’s licence
Provide your own tools
Have experience in installing commercial glazing systems and installing residential glazing products
Please note that the successful candidate will need to be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment.
