Machine Operator

Recruitment 24/7 has a permanent job opportunity with our major Wacol based client in the Concrete Products & Masonry Industry for an experienced Machine Operator.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Operation of the concrete block HESS machine, so experience on this machine is a MUST.

-You will also be responsible for assisting the Shift Supervisor with the daily running of the production shift, forklift operation, mould changes, and other daily tasks as well as housekeeping.

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

• Previous Masonry Experience
• MINIMUM 2 years’ experience operating a Concrete Block HESS plant/machine
• Forklift Licence
• Extensive experience with hand tools & mobile plant machinery
• Able to work rotating day/afternoon shifts with some weekend work
• Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• Able to pass a Criminal History check
