Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy with one of our major clients for a Project Lead on the South Side of Brisbane.
This is a full time position on a Fixed Term 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Retirement and Aged Care Manager/Project Sponsor, the Project Lead will be responsible for the implementation of our new Care Management Software, eCase, by Health Metrics, across 15 aged care residences in the South East Queensland / Wide Bay-Burnett regions.
About the role:-
Assist in the design and set up of the care system, including providing your expert opinion on the care canvas design
Keep the project schedule up-to-date, schedule tasks and produce status reports as required
Undertake data entry, migration and validation
Work at a range of aged care facilities
Pass on your expert user knowledge to other users to ensure a smooth transition from the existing software to the new
Conduct training sessions at each of the sites in advance of launch dates
Management of the change process, working closely with both the site Facility Managers and Clinical Managers.

The role would best suit:
Someone experienced and fully conversant with the principles of good software project management practices
Someone with coaching, mentoring and relationship building skills. These will be necessary for you to succeed in this role
Someone with knowledge of nursing practices, accreditation, audits, ACFI and clinical training. This will be beneficial in the initial design stages
To be considered, you must be a Registered Nurse (with current AHPRA registration).
You will have the flexibility to travel and stay at our regional locations for short periods of time to assist the relevant sites (such as Bundaberg and Hervey Bay). An open driver licence is required.
