Recruitment 24/7 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join one of our client’s based in Wacol.
The position of a Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role within my clients business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the quality management systems. In addition this position will support the drive to operational excellence as it relates to production and quality management activities.
To be successful you must be able to maintain a safe work environment for all staff, be environmentally responsible for any spillages, accidents, incidences or near misses, and be responsible for maintaining product and service quality.
It is essential that the successful applicant has previous experience or has been exposed to dealing with Competitive and Lean Manufacturing.
You must have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following Key Factors:
  • Maintain Quality Management Systems
  • Support operational excellence activities on site
  • Be able to support Quality Assistant as required
  • Carry out monthly 6S and quality audits
  • Communicate quality and operational excellence issues to the business
Key tasks involved that the successful applicant must be able to achieve are:
  • Develop and maintain 4HR visual management aids
  • Help develop and maintain various initiatives on site
  • Complete monthly quality and operational excellence reports
  • Provide quality training
  • Ensure quality system data is being maintained and reported on in accordance QA-MSP-ALLOP-001 Quality Control System Monitoring
  • Ensure testing of product is managed in accordance with QAE-MSP-ALLOP-003 Inspection and Testing
  • Product complaints are investigated and reported on as described in QAE-MSP-ALLALL-008 Non-Conformance Management
  • Maintain activity and contact information in the company CRM (Sales force)
It is essential that you have a current drivers licence and be able to pass a drug test before commencement as well as randomly throughout your employment.
