Receptionist / Administration Officer- Ipswich

Recruitment 24/7 is calling for an expressions of interest for possible upcoming vacancies in Receptionist / Administration Officer type roles. The vacancies will be working with our clients in the Ipswich area.

These positions will range from temporary to ongoing casual. Permanent fulltime roles may become available depending on performance.

The Receptionist /Administration Officer’s work will consist of a variety of duties including but not limited to:

  • Answering the phone
  •  Typing up work instructions
  •  Report writing
  • A variety of other Administration type work as it comes up

It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate and be confident with word, excel spread sheets and data entry.

You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. 

You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
