Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy with one of our major clients for a Residential Manager in the Ipswich area.
Our client is a not for profit organisation who are currently experiencing a period of growth and expansion.
This management role is a full time role, and you will be responsible for leading a team efficiently to ensure the highest quality care for the residents of the Aged Care Facility. Services provided at the facility include High & Low Care, and you will have experience in both areas.

The following skills, experience and qualifications are required for this position:
Aged Care Management experience
Staff training, management and human resources skills and experience
Able to work within a Christian ethos and framework
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of leading a team, including coordination of resources, direction of care plans and prioritising clinical care
Experience in conducting ACFI assessments and associated financial analysis
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to use computers and technology efficiently
In addition you must be willing to undergo a Criminal History Check & hold a current Drivers Licence.
Registered Nurses with AHPRA are encouraged to apply, however this is not a requirement.
