Sales & Marketing Assistant

Recruitment 24/7 has a great opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant within the Health Care Industry in the Mt Gravatt Area.

This is a 1 month temp assignment with a possible extension to 2 months. You will be working in a small open plan office with a great team. Your outgoing personality together with your ability to sell the product in an efficient manner will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all enquiries and respond to all phone, internet and email enquiries ensuring that you follow through to completion
• Provide enquiries with accurate fees applicable and report back to the accounts department when required
• Provide the best possible information to all enquiries
• Update all pricing and enquiries within the required time frames and distribute internally and externally including to your manager and the websites associated
• Liaise with employees, managers and assistants in relation to the updated admissions and ensuring all documentation is completed.

Skills & Experience required:

• Extensive experience in a high volume sales/enquiry environment (preferably within Health / Aged Care)
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• A kind, helpful and personable nature
• Excellent working knowledge of MSOffice including Access, Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
• Able to work independently & as a part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and the accurate recording of confidential information and records
• Available Immediately
