Recruitment 24/7 currently has numerous vacancies for Warehouse Workers working with one of our clients based in Logan area.
These are ongoing casual roles working eight hours each day from Monday to Friday. These positions are genuine vacancies for an immediate start.
This position requires you to perform a variety of duties in a warehouse such as:
Loading and unloading containers
Forklift driving
Picking and packing
Inventory control
Pallet prep
Labelling
Experience in transport, particularly line haul is preferred. It would be a major advantage if you had knowledge of load restraint, experience with securing loads, tie downs, and correct weight distribution.
It would be beneficial if you had experience with a clamp attachment used to move white goods, but not essential.
It is however essential that applicants have a current LF or LO ticket and a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving a Forklift in a warehouse environment in previous employment.
All applicants must be able to pass a driving test before commencement with our client.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Current Forklift Licence
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Exceptional organization skills
Be very proactive
Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse
Treat work place health and safety as a high priority
Be able to pass a pre medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
Be able to pass a criminal history check
Have reliable transport
