Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking an Administration & Accounts Assistant for one of our clients based in the Richlands area, to cover some holiday leave.
The dates that we require someone for will include the following days from October 28th to November 11th 2016. Working days are Tuesday to Friday. It would be preferable for the successful applicant to be available to start before these dates to allow for any required training.
What the role entails:
General reception duties including: ensuring the continuous supply of stationery and team member amenities, answering phones, greeting customers and visitors in a polite and friendly manner, incoming and outgoing mail, typing duties as requested
Collect, collate, balance and complete data entry of payroll within indicated timelines
Entering Accounts Payables into MYOB
Checking emails, printing invoices and typing quotes
General filing
The role requires that the successful applicant have experience using a current version of MYOB and have at intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic accounting knowledge is also a requirement. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and have advanced Excel skills.
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
