This Care Co-Ordinator role includes a very attractive salary package with an option for reduced rent in a large home situated on the property for you and your family.
In this position you will be responsible for co-ordinating nursing care across the Residential and Home Care Packages. As a registered nurse you will have previous experience working in a similar role in an Aged Care facility. Experience in co-ordinating nursing teams, managing teams and an extensive knowledge of AHPRA legislation is essential. You will also possess an extensive understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument to be able to assist clients in assessing the relative care needs of residents and subsidies available to the facility.

·Aged Care experience
·Management Experience
·Driver’s Licence
