Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy with one of our major clients for a Facility Manager in Sunnybank.
You will be responsible for commissioning and maintaining this new 100 bed aged care residence to the excellent standard. You will establish a cohesive facility staffing structure and, in the preliminary stages, be involved in the fit-out of the facility.
Reporting to the head office based Operations Manager (Aged Care), you will be responsible for management of physical resources, maximisation of revenue, adherence to accreditation standards and delivery of care and administration. You will have previous experience managing work teams in an operations environment and be accustomed to aligning employees behind common goals.
you MUST be able to demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:-
Aged Care Management Experience
Staff Training, Management and HR skills and experience
Familiar with ACFI processes
Extensive Experience of Quality Agency Standards accreditation process
Ability to use computers and technology efficiently
