Recruitment 24/7 is currently looking for 4 experienced Garden Labourers for our client who has work all over the Sunshine Coast to start immediately.
To be considered for these ongoing positions you MUST be physically fit, agile, motivated and prepared to put in a hard day’s work in the hot sun. The working hours are Monday to Friday starting from 6am. If you are successful in your application, then it is essential that you are able to work a minimum of an 8 hour shift each day. Over time rates will apply after you have worked past 38 hours in a week.
These positions will be mostly focused on Mowing & Brush Cutting to start with however there will be additional work coming up which will require additional skills and experience. Recent experience specifically with a ZERO TURN lawn mower is required.
We are looking for people with the following experience:
Zero Turn Lawn Mowing
Brush Cutting & Whipper Snipping experience
Horticulture Experience
Experienced in Chemical Application
Tree experience
Qualifications required:
White Card
Car or Truck Licence (manual)
Additional qualifications that are advantageous:
ACDC licence / Chem Cert (weed spraying)
Certificate 3 in Horticulture or equivalent
Traffic Control Level 2
Chainsaw Level 2
All applicants must have appropriate PPE such as:
Long pants
Long sleeve high visibility shirt
Must have steel capped boots
Broad brimmed HAT
You will also require a Full Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
All applicants must be able to pass a drug test before commencement of work.
