Recruitment 24/7 has a great opportunity for a highly-organised administration professional with experience in the Aged Care Industry.
Due to new legislation being passed in February our client is looking for a professional who has a passion for providing home care services to frail older people and those with a disability, enabling them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This new role will see you responsible for the coordination of the 14 home care workers and the expansion and growth of home care.
In this Home Care Co-Ordinator role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the home care workers; rosters, budgets, compliance and legislation. You will drive, lead and develop the home care packages, building sustainable partnerships with customers and their support networks.
To be considered for this position you must have:
High Organisation and Management Skills
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
Administration Experience
Computer skills
Preferably with Aged Care experience
Driver’s Licence & own transport
